We have a network of foreign associates who assist us with payment of renewal fees elsewhere. We have developed close and cost effective business relationships with those foreign associates and can offer a competitive renewals service.

We also offer a combined renewals service covering patents, designs and trade marks.

Our internal records systems are tried and tested. Using these systems we can provide full listings of your cases due for renewal and the renewal fees due, thereby making it possible to simply and efficiently manage your entire intellectual property portfolio and budget.

Our renewals services can be customised to meet your needs. For example, we can offer both automatic payment of renewal fees or elected payment. With automatic payment we pay renewal fees when they are due unless you advise us to the contrary. With elected payment we send you reminders before a payment falls due, and we will only pay the fee on your behalf if you instruct us to pay that fee.

We are also able to accommodate instructions to make urgent payments.
