An honours graduate of the University of Birmingham,
Paula J Amor started her career in industry before
entering the profession upon joining BRYERS in 1995.

After progressing to a comprehensive grasp of all
aspects of Intellectual Property Paula decided
to concentrate on trade mark work. She qualified as
a Trade Mark Attorney in 2002, and became a
Partner in 2004.

Working both for major international companies and small/medium size enterprises Paula has obtained a
wide experience of the range of activities undertaken
in this field and an appreciation of the different
strategies appropriate for diverse clients and their
differing budgets.

Paula also specialises in trade mark licensing and
distribution agreements and has extensive experience
in Intellectual Property portfolio strategy management
and the acquisition and transfer of all types of
Intellectual Property.

Paula provides clients with a full range of services in
connection with design and copyright issues, whilst
continuing to work to expand and enlarge the firm’s
portfolio of trade mark clients.
