Matthew Greenwood graduated in 1994 with honours
in Biochemistry/Genetics from Leicester University, and
in 1997 with a PhD in Biochemistry/Genetics from The
University of London, following a research programme
conducted at the National Institute for Medical
Research.
Matthew began his career at BRYERS in 1997 and
obtained a post-graduate certificate in Intellectual
Property Law from the University of London in 1998.
Matthew rejoined the firm, having gained specialist
experience working in-house for the largest packaging
company in the world for three years. Matthew
qualified as a Patent Attorney in 2003 and became a
Partner in the firm in May 2005. |
Throughout his career he has developed an enviable
breadth of experience in many technical fields, including
biotechnology, telecommunications, mechanical engineering and
electronics.
Matthew provides clients with a full range of Intellectual
Property services, including advice on patents, trade
marks and designs, exploitation and enforcement,
confidentiality, portfolio management and commercial
contracts. He has experience in representing a wide
range of clients, from private inventors to multinational
corporations.
